Treasured Humanity

Well today is sunday i have been 20 for a full week. Today all ive been doing is listening to mastodon doing some gaming also... mastodon makes excellent music to have going in the background, especially their resent amazing CD; Crack the Skye which i bought on friday and have been listening to almost the entire time ive been home. My depressed situation has not really been going away however it has instead turned into a dull pain much like a knife wound in the chest would feel..slowly leaking out my treasured humanity verses what i was feeling before which was a continues feeling of having my blood turn into glass shards and accelerate though my body and to my heart. Yesterday was a very interesting and fun night i must say and it showed the true faces of many people... more details on that later now i must return to what i was doing which was actually nothing.

Mysterious Stain at the bottom of the pool

There is a mysterious stain at the bottom of my pool that i wish to discover more about. I would like to surround my feet with concrete and fall to the bottom to discover the mysteries that lie there. As i can feel my body loosing oxygen i finally give and let the icy water stab my lungs... finally i am at peace. I sit with this girl whom i know. She is a wonderful soul whom makes me smile. We sit on the bed of a friend who plays his bass with the ferocity of a lion.

An outage of thought

Some close friends told me about the hill of life and they also told me to live my life to the fullest. What if right now im living at the fullest where would i go from there. These friends also told me i would die in 2064... for some strange reason i think i may die before then not in a fiery explosion but like a candle being blown out..un-noticed and un documented. Btw where are homeless peoples funeral buried...and as a fun fact as i worked in a cemetary if you are homeless and you die in london and have no next of kin the city will pay to have your body cremated :D pretty swank...almost as swank and the following picture entitle DEER VS CAR

Personally i prefer Reese withoutaspoon. and to fully experience that first picture make sure to view it as large as possible.

The crossroads

I cant sleep and its almost four in the morning. ive tried to sleep but all i think about is how im truly not happy any more and let me tell you, its a depressing thought to realize that i have no purpose no goal to complete nothing in the near future that will make me more happy. Like its all downhill from this point...things can only get worse for me, and that they will start to get worse for me soon, this scares me and i dont know how to get rid of this depressing feeling. I just feel that in university nothing is changing...everything is the same every day and when i return to london everything will be the same there and the same there is not as good as the same here so im truly at a crossroads.

All my life ive tried to go on the normal path when clearly im not destined for that, and all my life i have had people, places, things, that have prevented me from doing that and now looking at my life i realize that i dont have those things holding me back anymore but as they are not holding me back in turn they are no longer guiding me forward... so i unno my overall thought is too get some money together and just leave and never come back to my old life... and although it sounds sad the most depressing thought is that me thinking of that actually eases my tension. How long can a man live within a cage of dreams.

Oh hello there i saw you from across the room and i saw that you saw me seeing you see me and then i saw you get all be like whats this guy want from across the room. SO anyways im 20 now its kinda the exact same as being 19 only people require you to act mature and shit. I havn't been updating much recently as its crunch time at university and shit so the next week or so will be tough for me and countless other university slackers that leave their large projects untill the very end lol.

The last day of being a teenager

Its 12:09 which means that today is my final day of being a teenager which is sorta strange. I cant believe that i will actually be 20 in less than 24 hours and although my attitude properly wont change its strange still to think about.

A fantastic person showed me a fantastic band they are called 3OH!3 and they have been rocking my life since i was introduced to them on monday. So yesterday was saint patties day and as expected it was a fucken shit show with lots of interesting fun and memorable moments. the last sunday

Well this is my last sunday being a teen as next sunday i will be the big 2.0! so i though well im going to share some nifty tools for yall starting with EssayRater. EssayRater is a free website that you can submit your papers to and it automatically checks it for critical things such as plagiarism, spelling, word choice and such. In fact most universities use a similar site called turnitin.com however this site allows you to do it yourself and get those extra marks all while remaining free. The next great site is Spashup which is a in browser photoshop. Although not as powerful as the original program its a good site for editing pictures on any computer.

Lastly I have one of my new favorite games called Jelly Jumper. Basically your a little flubber guy who has to jump on the right keys of a giant keyboard. It may seem kinda stupid but its amazingly fun and you should def all give it a shot if your bored.

Lamb of God are Fucking Awesome!

So i was sitting in my room the other day.. throwing back a few brews and listening to my favorite metal. I came to the conclusion that Lamb of God are pritty much as good as it gets when it comes to Metal. My itunes playlist starts with the album As the Palaces Burn and starts with the song Ruin. Which has one sick breakdown which basically melts your mind. A couple of okay tracks then leads into Ashes of the Wake which is another totally kickass album. There is way to much to say about the quality of this band and if you read back a long time ago Derrick posted about their new album Wraith which is an awesome album. I must admit it took me a few listens to really appreciate.. one thing about Lamb of God is you have to know where the song is going to really enjoy it. If you know what im talking about already then definatly leave a nice friendly comment. If not check out this video of our friends playing their single from Sacrement "Redneck"

Yes it is that time again when we must all look around our dwellings and realize that its a fucken mess and that it needs to be cleaned up by someone else very soon. Today as a fun fact I had one of the best shower experiences of my life that resulted in my having extra soft hair as a result of using conditioner twice so maybe this is a secret of the world and im passing it on to you! As fun fact i discovered a great free version of photoshop called gimp-shop so check that out!

Why so serious?

This morning i ask the world why is everything so serious. I awake to the gentle rustling of the curtains at my window, with celestial rays of light dancing upon me and my possessions. The stuffy air inside is swept away by the sweet smell of spring wafting up into my life. My head aches with a dull pain reminiscent of a vice slowly being closed on it and my left knee burns as if it is being dipped in acid. However all these pains are non existent when i talk to this girl from far away, who lifts my spirits and makes me smile even at the stupidest things because she is a great part of my life and if i ever loose her i will surely be one sad panda.

very very recently i have discovered that I am currently engaged in a class action suit against the food provider of the university over the urine content of their soups. I cant believe this yet everyone else seems to know about it except for me although ive never had any of the soup here it makes me question all the food that is provided here. And all of this came over the simple game of NHL 09 which i am not that good at. Recently in a close match with tree i managed to score two goals but eventually lost as he scored four and this makes my record 0-3 :(

Possible changes

Some possible changes may be on the horizon for ARCHEOCYTE but do not fear they will not be like the stupid changes that happened to facebook yesterday with its new homepage update. I really fucken hate web 2.0 and the way it smoothes the edges of everything and makes everything look like its designed for the wii. well anyways one of my friends who works and reports on Microsoft has a pretty kick ass website/blog with some features that are very very interesting and that i wish to acquire so instead of looting the forgotten souls of the internet for now i will continue with this but there may be changes. Hey Derrick I have a question?

Many people have been like hey derrick i have a serious question for you...i know you listen to some kick ass music but what bands do u listen to the most? well my good sir or dame i have a fancy program that does this for me it is called last.fm and basically it takes all the music you play in itunes or whatever and keeps track of what u play and how often and then suggests bands you may like based on your musical preferences. heres me on this fancy site... So there is this guy on my floor who annoys me to the core. He is just always in your face and thinks hes always right even when he clearly isn't. Luckily he doesn't have a future and i do, so i laugh to myself all the time about him.
